  1. Downloaded the Mac version yesterday. It would probably work if they sent the registration key to unlock it. Tried to get key from DVDFab site and SWREG site, but no one responds. You might want to wait until you can get an operational copy that comes in a box. Online ordering seems to be an exercise in futility.

    1. The mac version of DVDFab needs to access to ineternet for proper use. During the first 30 days of trial time, you need not to register. If the trial time expires, you need to register your products. To register the products, you need to make a purchase at:http://www.dvdfab.com/order.htm first. After your purchased, you will be send a mail with the details of your account.

  2. I down loaded the MAC version signed in, registered my DVDFAB, but every time I go to change to dvd5 it tells me (The “DVD copy” option is expired.). My subscription is life time. Can any one tell me whats going on?

  3. Just wanted to say thanks for making your great software available for the Mac. I love it πŸ™‚

  4. I use to have DVD FAB on windows but transferred to a Mac and have been waiting on this. Although I would like to be able to use this program without it crashing as much, before I purchase.

    1. The mac version is much more stable than before, with the updating of the software, more functions and technology shall applied. The user experience will also be improved.

  5. It works. But that’s all. It doesn’t integrate well into Mac OS X. It looks like foreign matter, crashes without comment when you try to use the second drive on a mac pro, doesn’t appear in ExposΓ©, and takes about 20 minutes to rip a dvd while the cores are 96% idle.

  6. I`m using the most recent MAC version – 8.1.5.9. – I seen to go back to the PC version. The Mac version is a hit or miss to read both drives (USB or internal) Full disk copy, and trouble with DVD ripper. With the Dic Copy mode sometimes it completes and states “Failure”, but it copied the disk correctly. The program needs more work, but I’m happy to have it.

  7. Is there any way to use the mac version without an internet connection??? I don’t necessarily always have access to internet when I use my computer..

  8. I’ve used a version of DVDfab on a PC and was wondering if there is anyway to pull clips off a DVD versus an entire chapter and then merge together as one clip and keep DVD resolution quality?
