The critics-raving The Place Beyond the Pines, directed by Derek Cianfrance (Blue Valentine), starring Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, Eva Mendes, Ray Liotta, Rose Byrne, Mahershala Ali, Dane DeHaan, Emory Cohen and Ben Mendelsohn, is going to arrive via Blu-ray/DVD/UV combo pack on August 6th, which has been announced by Universal Studios Home Entertainment.
Official Synopsis:
Motorcycle stuntman Luke (Gosling) gives up his job in order to provide for his newborn son and the boy’s mother (Mendes). Elsewhere, Avery (Cooper), an ambitious rookie cop, struggles to make his way in a corrupt police department. Their two worlds collide when Luke takes part in a string of bank robberies, the consequences of which echoes into the next generation.
